Pilot Workshops
Testing the GREEN-DIGI PATHWAYS Modules in Bulgaria, Germany and Spain
In April 2026, the GREEN-DIGI PATHWAYS consortium successfully implemented the three local pilot workshops foreseen in the project: A5 – Local Workshop in Spain, A6 – Local Workshop in Germany, and A7 – Local Workshop in Bulgaria.
These workshops represented a key step in the project’s implementation, as they allowed partners to test the prototype training modules developed during the first project phase with real VET learners and local participants. The pilots were designed to collect practical feedback on the clarity, relevance, accessibility, usability and engagement level of the learning materials before their final improvement, translation and publication on the project e-learning platform.
The workshops focused on the three core thematic areas:
- Digital Foundations for VET Learners
- Sustainability in Practice for Work and Training
- Green Entrepreneurship Essentials
Through practical exercises, group discussions, hands-on activities and structured feedback sessions, participants had the opportunity to explore how digital skills, environmental awareness and green entrepreneurial competences can be applied in real learning and working contexts.
The results collected during the three pilots will support the consortium in refining the training modules, improving their accessibility, adapting them to local needs and preparing the next phase of the project: feedback consolidation, translation and official launch on the online learning platform.

Bulgaria Pilot Workshop

The Bulgarian pilot workshop was hosted by Beehive Coworking Space Varna and focused on testing the modules in a local VET and entrepreneurship-oriented environment. Participants explored the project’s learning materials through interactive sessions, practical tasks and group discussions, providing useful insights for the localisation and future replicability of the training approach.

The German pilot workshop was organised by Copernicus Berlin e.V. and focused on the practical testing of the prototype modules and the usability of the learning approach. The activity provided valuable feedback on the structure of the modules, the clarity of the instructions, the accessibility of the tools and the suitability of the contents for VET learners.

The Spanish pilot workshop was implemented by Asociación GO GREEN and focused on testing the project modules with VET learners in a learning environment connected to sustainability, digital skills and green entrepreneurship. Participants worked on practical activities and provided feedback on how the materials can be improved to become more engaging, inclusive and useful for future learners.
