Activity
A6 – Local Workshop in Germany
Host organisation
Copernicus Berlin e.V.
Location
Berlin, Germany
Dates
9–11 April 2026

The A6 – Local Workshop in Germany was implemented by Copernicus Berlin e.V. from 9 to 11 April 2026 in Berlin, Germany.

The workshop was designed as a three-day module testing activity involving VET learners. Its main objective was to test the prototype learning materials developed during the first phase of the project and to assess their effectiveness, clarity, engagement level and overall usability.

As the project partner responsible for the e-learning environment and platform integration, Copernicus also used the workshop to gather important observations on the technical side of the learning process. This included the accessibility of the digital tools, the clarity of navigation and the suitability of the online learning structure for future users.

The methodology combined short presentations, guided exercises, group work, practical testing and structured feedback. Learners were invited to reflect on the content and provide suggestions for improving the modules before their final revision and translation.

Training areas tested

  • Digital Foundations for VET Learners, focused on safe, confident and responsible digital practice
  • Sustainability in Practice for Work and Training, focused on practical green actions and environmental awareness
  • Green Entrepreneurship Essentials, focused on transforming sustainable ideas into simple project or business concepts

Main outcomes

  • Feedback on the clarity and accessibility of learning materials
  • Practical observations on digital platform usability
  • Recommendations for content improvement before final release
  • Evidence collected for project monitoring and interim reporting
