Each country runs a 3-day pilot with 15 VET learners to test usability and relevance, collecting structured feedback.

Pilot workshops completed

The A5–A7 local pilot workshops tested the GREEN-DIGI PATHWAYS prototype modules with VET learners and local participants. A dedicated section now presents the joint testing process and the individual workshops in Spain, Germany and Bulgaria.

A7 – Local Workshop in Bulgaria1–3 April 2026Varna, Bulgaria

Bulgaria Pilot Workshop

The Bulgarian pilot workshop was hosted by Beehive Coworking Space Varna and focused on testing the modules in a local VET and entrepreneurship-oriented environment. Participants explored the project’s learning materials through interactive sessions, practical tasks and group discussions, providing useful insights for the localisation and future replicability of the training approach.

A6 – Local Workshop in Germany9–11 April 2026Berlin, Germany

Germany Pilot Workshop

The German pilot workshop was organised by Copernicus Berlin e.V. and focused on the practical testing of the prototype modules and the usability of the learning approach. The activity provided valuable feedback on the structure of the modules, the clarity of the instructions, the accessibility of the tools and the suitability of the contents for VET learners.

A5 – Local Workshop in Spain21–23 April 2026Benalmádena, Spain

Spain Pilot Workshop

The Spanish pilot workshop was implemented by Asociación GO GREEN and focused on testing the project modules with VET learners in a learning environment connected to sustainability, digital skills and green entrepreneurship. Participants worked on practical activities and provided feedback on how the materials can be improved to become more engaging, inclusive and useful for future learners.

What we measure

Engagement, clarity, accessibility, and practical transfer to the workplace; short questionnaires and tutor observations inform the final improvements.
